Shipping and Processing times
Please allow a minimum of 5 to 7 days business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Processing times does not includes weekends or statutory holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Colour & Size Availability Disclaimer
Please note that some colours and sizes may not always be available and are subject to change. If a selected color or size is unavailable, you will be contacted via email to discuss alternative options before your order is processed. Refunds will also be offered if none of the options works.
Return & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. You may fill out the form under ‘‘Contact Us’’ or at jloutfittersca@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are in production. If you need to request a change, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.
